Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Processing times can vary from 1-3 days before being shipped, but don't worry, processing times have been included in our estimated shipping times.
Q: I've ordered multiple items, will they be shipped together?
A: Not necessarily. Depending on what you have ordered, the items may need to be shipped separately and will therefore have separate tracking numbers for each item. If you would like your items shipped together please get in touch and we will be able to assist you further. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply.
Q: My tracking information hasn't updated, why is this?
A: Your package is 'scanned in' as it reaches each new checkpoint or distribution centre for processing. It can take time to travel between these different checkpoints so please allow time for this information to update. If you have any queries regarding the tracking of your order please get in touch at email@example.com
Q: Where is my order being shipped from?
A: It depends what you have purchased. We work with international partners from US, Australia, Asia and United Kingdom to ensure we can deliver the best products at great prices.
Q: I've ordered the wrong colour, can I change my order?
